The first phase of offsite street improvements also made significant progress, with the new sidewalk on Jefferson between McClintock and Orchard opening next week. The bridge between Buildings 4 &amp; 9 also rose to level 3 while the dining hall received its concrete slab on grade.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-1328 gallery-columns-1
