As operations expand at the Patrick Lumber Manufacturing plant in Philomath, OR, Patrick Lumber Company completed a new hillside office\/lodge building<\/a> in 2023. The building showcases the company’s range of wood products with a heavy timber frame and extensive use of interior and exterior wood finishes. DC Builders constructed the DC Structures design under a design\/build contract. I consulted with the owner on building massing and miscellaneous design details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
