The Block 216 tower opened in late October 2023 following four years of construction<\/a>. This final gallery takes a look at the completed exterior and spaces associated with the Ritz-Carlton hotel and condos. Interior construction will continue into 2024 and beyond with build-out of the five levels of office space, the corner retail space at SW 10th & Alder, and the highly anticipated Flock Food Hall along the new Green Loop across the entire SW 9th Ave. frontage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
