Offsite improvements to Jefferson Boulevard have started, while tower crane #1 at Building 4 has been removed and work on the Building 4 roof races to completion as the rainy season approaches. The first section of storefront has been installed at Building 1 and all buildings are officially topped out on concrete, with the tower spire being installed in late January to mark the official topping out.
