USC Village Construction – November 2016 As the final pieces of the facade are completed, site concrete paving progresses throughout the northern parts of the site. The new widened sidewalk is complete in the third area on the south side of Jefferson Boulevard. Three 72″ box trees round the corner of the USC Village site on a delivery truck, to be planted at the new Trousdale Parkway campus entrance. Gravel is fine-graded in preparation for site concrete paving west of Building 9 as seen from Building 4.
