USC Village, August 2017 A look at USC Village right after its initial opening in August, 2017. A small flat plaza replaced the mid-century rolling hills flanking the north end of Trousdale Parkway at the new campus entry across from USC Village. A new plaza at the north main campus entry (replacing the finger fountain) provides continuity with the adjacent USC Village design. A row of Magnolia trees continues the main campus landscape design toward USC Village. The village features Magnoilas along McClintock. Jefferson Boulevard and Building 7.
