This month, the precast facade was installed on Building 6, bringing the brick and architectural concrete aesthetic of USC to Jefferson Boulevard for the first time, just ahead of the new Kaufman Dance Center’s facade across the street. The first phase of offsite street improvements also made significant progress, with the new sidewalk on Jefferson between McClintock and Orchard opening next week. The bridge between Buildings 4 & 9 also rose to level 3 while the dining hall received its concrete slab on grade.
