Post Forest fire seedlings are such a joyful sight.
Granitic outcropping are handsome monoliths. Wonder who has seen them over time, sitting, pondering, grinding acorns for food.
Sierra mountains contrast with the lush Sacramento River Valley which washes one’s soul, or soles on a sandy river-walk.
Small woods-hut for shelter while writing poetry……
