Cello Quartets work great for live background music during holiday events. Composed in 2010 and published in 2020, this Christmas Medley features abstractions of six holiday carols arranged as background music:

1. Carol of the Bells
2. God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
3. The Cold Winter Night (from Four Seasons)
4. We Three Kings
5. Angles We Have Heard on High
6. Joy to the World

The six sketches may be performed in any sequence or individually. The sketchbook serves as a cello quartet’s interpretation of a carol book. Cellists all read from the score, with strategic page turns between each two-page sketch enabling continual performance. The relatively easy parts allow more experienced quartets to sight read or perform with minimal preparation. Total duration is approximately twelve minutes.

A Christmas Medley features six carols arranged for concert performance in a contiguous medley (also arranged in 2010). Numerous discrete arrangements of holiday carols for various instrumentations are available in the library. Most feature stylized interpretations catered toward concert performance.
